Gurucharan University has constituted various statutory and administrative committees to ensure smooth functioning, transparency, and welfare of students, faculty, and staff. Each committee is formed with a specific mandate and comprises experienced members from the university community.
The Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted to address complaints and grievances from students, faculty, and staff. The committee ensures fair and timely resolution of issues in accordance with university policies and UGC guidelines.

As per the provisions of the University Grants Commission (Prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students in higher educational institutions) Regulations, 2015 vide no. F. 91-1/2013 (TFGS), the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) has been constituted with the following members.
UGC Regulations, 2015 - The committee is mandated to address complaints related to sexual harassment and ensure a safe, secure, and conducive environment for women employees and students.
